A comparue Marie TRONIOU veuve de deffunt René BESCOND demeurante au lieu de Kermeur treffe de La Roche paroisse de Ploudiry laquelle a remontré décès estre arrivé à sondit mari depuis le trentiesme mai dernier audit lieu et lui estre resté de leur mariage quatre enfants mineurs : Hervé BESCOND de vingt trois ans ou environ et Ollivier de dix sept ans autre Herve BESCOND quatorze ans, Anne BESCOND vingt deux ans auxquels pourvoir d'un tuteur et curateur elle a fait comparoir leurs parents , offrant estre instituée en la charge
